Location
: in Pha Taem National Park, Khong chiam district, Ubon Ratchathani province.

SANG CHAN WATERFALL IS SOMETIMES CALLED NAMTOK LONG RU (WATERFALL THROUGH A HOLE).

It is the one and only place in Thailand where the stream of water runs down from a hole on the cavern's roof. Thus, this fall is chosen to be one of the selected attractions in Unseen Thailand campaign by Touism Authority of Thailand.

Sang chan Waterfall is best visited at noon when the sunlight shines down the showering water, or in the full-moon night when the moonlight makes the place glowing like silver fall. This is the reason why it is called Sang Chan Waterfall, which means the moonlight waterfall.
